You can look forward to these exciting new developments to SIM library.

‘Shelfless’ Library

From 1 July 2022, all the physical items such as books, AV materials, and journals will be kept in a separate space and you will no longer be able to see any bookshelves in SIM Library.

Users may simply search and request for these print books via the SIM Library’s online library catalogue, OneSearch. When the requested books are available for pick up, library users will be informed via email and SMS and they can then collect the books from either the Library Counter (full-time students, faculty, and staff) or from the Express Collect Locker at Blk A Level 2, Outside SIM Library (part-time students).

Group Discussion Rooms

In March 2022, SIM Library refurnished its group discussion rooms. There are 6 group discussion rooms (6 pax each) with interactive digital whiteboards, thematic interiors and colourful acoustic walls located at Blk B Level 1. You will need to book these rooms to use them.

There are also 3 new privacy pods (1 pax each) for video conferencing. These are located within SIM Library.
