Appropriate Use of Library Resources

Library resources obtained from SUSS Library and from our partner libraries are provided to SUSS community strictly for their personal, non-commercial, academic, research or educational purpose. All users are reminded that they will need to abide by the Singapore Copyright Act 2021 and our terms of use. 

The following FAQs are for your reference: 

	Physical Library Resources Distributed to Students under CLASS License Does SUSS have an agreement with CLASS (Copyright Licensing & Administration Society of Singapore Limited? Do Faculty need to inform SUSS library of materials copied and distributed for teaching purposes, based on the CLASS agreement?
	Use of Audio-visual Resources  Does SUSS have a MPLC licence? Can I screen audio-visual resources that are not covered by the MPLC Licence? Can I screen audio-visual resources covered by MPLC Licence?
	Gen-AI  Can I upload any eResources (eBooks, eJournals etc) downloaded from SUSS Library into ChatGPT or any other AI Tool?
