Need help navigating the library and using library resources for your assignments?

The Library How is back, and we've included additional sessions in September for post-graduate students!

Undergraduates, Join us on Wednesday, 18 August, 12pm - 1.30pm or Wednesday, 25 August, 6.30pm - 8pm as we walk you through what you'll need to know!

We'll be covering:

  • Searching for articles and resources (basic search, advanced search, boolean search)
  • Differences between SUSS Library search and searching in databases and journals
  • Understanding the literature review process
  • Filtering and narrowing your search results
  • Accessing and downloading articles/library resources for your assignments
  • Other resources available to you (e.g. Research guides, RemoteXs Proxy Bookmarklet, etc)

...and everything else in between! We'll also be happy to take any questions you might have, too.

Post-graduate students, do join us on Wednesday, 1 September, 6.30pm - 8pm or Wednesday, 8 September, 6.30pm - 8pm. We'll be covering additional information, and going in-depth on accessing the reliability of a source, and navigating through databases for your research!

This session will be held on Zoom. We hope to see you soon!

(P.S. Join see all our library events under the "Events" tab.)
