The contest will run from 2 October 2023 to 10 November 2023. The winning entry will be featured on the SUSS Library website, and the winner will be contacted via email by mid-December 2023.
The theme of your artwork should center around the celebration of SUSS Library’s 5th anniversary. Artwork must be original and not previously submitted to other competitions.

Eligibility
The Contest is open to all full-time and part-time SUSS students.
Theme and Artwork Guidelines:
The theme of the Contest is SUSS Library’s 5th Anniversary. Participants are encouraged to explore this theme creatively in their digital artworks.
All artwork submissions must be original works created solely by the participant.
Artwork can be created using any digital art medium, including, but not limited to, digital painting, digital illustration, and digital photography.
Third-party illustrations and images may not be used for, or included in the artwork submission.
Use of SUSS indicia, such as SUSS logo, signs, and distinguishing landmarks, is strictly prohibited.
Artwork that includes offensive, explicit, sexual or unlawful content will be disqualified.
Submission Guidelines:
Artworks must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format.
Each participant may submit up to 2 distinct entries.
Artworks must be horizontal in orientation.
The dimensions of the artwork should be width 855px and height 190px.
The resolution of the artwork should be at least 720 (72ppi) to avoid blur images.
File size should not exceed 2MB.
The background of the artwork should be transparent.
Each submission must be accompanied by a title, inspiration behind the artwork (word count not exceeding 150 words), full name and SUSS email address of the participant.

Copyright and Usage Rights:
By entering the Contest, each participant grants the library the exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited right and license to use (including copy, distribute, adapt, and display) the artwork for various purposes as deemed fit by SUSS Library.
Privacy Policy:
Participant’s personal information is collected, used and disclosed solely for the purpose of administering the Contest.
Disqualification:
SUSS Library reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in unethical behaviour.
Liability:
SUSS Library shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, lost or corrupted submissions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact any participant’s submission or submitted artworks, or the Contest.
Modification and Termination:
SUSS Library reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
Selection of Winner
The decision of the judges is binding and final.
