BrowZine & LibKey Nomad: A How-To Guide

Use BrowZine to easily find, read, and monitor thousands of scholarly journals from SUSS library.

What is LibKey Nomad?

LibKey Nomad is a browser extension that allows you quick access to journals and articles, even when you are browsing online and outside of SUSS Library's search.

Installing LibKey Nomad

Download LibKey Nomad for your browser here. We recommend using this on Google Chrome.

During the installation of the extension browser, you will be asked for your institution.

Key in "Singapore University of Social Sciences", and it's done!

LibKey Nomad: How to Use

When you are on the article page, a blue button on the bottom left corner will show up.

Click on the button, and you will be granted access to the subscribed article.


Note: if this is your first time using it, you will be prompted to log in to SUSS Library first. You can log in using your SUSS username and password.


LibKey Nomad: On Wikipedia

We must preface this to say Wikipedia is not a reliable source (here's why), and you cannot cite from Wikipedia. However, you may refer to the list of references used, and evaluate for yourself whether these articles are credible, useful, relevant to you.

In the citation section of Wikipedia, you would see various access options (in the blue buttons) in the list of references. 


  • Download PDF: this directly downloads the article PDF for you.
  • Article Link: this will lead you to the direct link of the article, where you would be able to download the PDF.
  • Access Options: this leads you back to SUSS Library's search for a list of available options. If you are unable to access the article via SUSS Library's search, you can click on the DOI number/link, which will lead you directly to the article link. From there, you would be able to click on the blue button on the bottom left corner, and get access to the article.
